About the VPEsports Tier List
A tier list is a statistical snapshot of the League of Legends meta: which champions are winning the most games in each role right now. This one is built entirely from real ranked data on patch 16.13.1 — win rates, pick rates and sample sizes collected from games at Emerald rank and above across all regions, refreshed automatically every 48 hours. Nothing here is hand-picked or opinion-based: the tier score weighs win rate at 55%, pick rate at 30% and sample size at 15%, then champions are bucketed from S+ (the top five percent of each role) down to D. Champions with fewer than 100 recorded games are shown as Low Data instead of being ranked on thin evidence.
Use the role pages — Top, Jungle, Mid, ADC and Support — for the full per-role rankings, because a champion’s tier only means something within its role. Each entry links straight to the champion’s current build with items, runes and skill order, its counter page with real matchup win rates, and the full champion profile. Since builds, counters and this tier list all update from the same data set on the same schedule, the numbers always agree with each other and with the current patch. Tiers shift with every patch: check the latest patch notes to see which buffs and nerfs are moving champions up or down the list.
