Moonsilver Blade
Every third strike cleaves nearby enemies for an additional magic damage. After casting a spell, Diana gains Attack Speed for 5 seconds.
Scorn of the Moon
Diana is a magic-damage diver played in the mid lane and top lane, blending the burst of an assassin with the staying power of a fighter. Her whole kit orbits around a single mechanic: marking targets with Moonlight and then crashing onto them. Crescent Strike sends a curved bolt of lunar energy that damages and afflicts enemies with Moonlight, revealing them for a few seconds, and Lunar Rush lets her dash to any marked enemy with the cooldown refunded — landing the arc, dashing in, and immediately re-dashing off a second mark is the core loop that skilled Diana players master.
Pale Cascade gives her three orbiting spheres that detonate on contact plus a damage-absorbing shield that strengthens when the third sphere pops, so she can trade into melee matchups far more safely than most AP champions. Her passive, Moonsilver Blade, makes every third strike cleave nearby enemies and grants attack speed after each spell cast, rewarding players who weave basic attacks between abilities rather than simply dumping their rotation.
Moonfall is her teamfight statement: she reveals, drags in and slows every nearby enemy, and if she catches at least one champion, moonlight crashes down for area magic damage that scales with the number of targets pulled. A Diana who dashes into three or four enemies and detonates Moonfall with her shield up can single-handedly decide a fight.
She suits players who like committal, all-in playstyles — once Lunar Rush goes in, there is no dash back out, so success depends on picking the right moment and the right target.
