Crimson Pact
Every 30 points of bonus Health gives Vladimir 1 Ability Power and every 1 point of Ability Power gives Vladimir 1.6 bonus Health (does not stack with itself).
the Crimson Reaper
Vladimir occupies an unusual niche among mages: he uses no mana at all, instead paying for his spells with his own health while draining it back from his opponents. Played in mid lane and occasionally top, he is a battle mage who wants to be uncomfortably close to the enemy team, cycling drains and area damage while his sustain keeps him alive through punishment that would kill most other spellcasters.
His passive, Crimson Pact, converts every 30 points of bonus health into 1 ability power and every point of ability power into 1.6 bonus health. This double conversion means nearly every item Vladimir buys makes him simultaneously harder to kill and more dangerous, which is why he is considered one of the game’s premier scaling mid laners. His early game is comparatively weak — a rating of 2 attack against 8 magic tells the story of a champion who trades laning pressure for late-game inevitability.
In teamfights Vladimir functions as a drain tank: he walks into the middle of the fight, soaks attention and converts the enemy team’s health bars into his own. His 450 attack range is short for a mage, reinforcing that close-range, self-sustaining pattern.
With a difficulty of 7, he demands good judgment about when to commit health to aggression and when to hold resources defensively. Players who enjoy hyperscaling, resource-management decisions and the fantasy of being an unkillable late-game threat will find Vladimir deeply rewarding.

Q
Vladimir steals life from the target enemy. When Vladimir's resource is full, Transfusion will benefit from massively increased damage and healing for a brief time.
W
Vladimir sinks into a pool of blood, becoming untargetable for 2 seconds. Additionally, enemies on the pool are slowed and Vladimir siphons life from them.
E
Vladimir pays his own health to charge up a reservoir of blood which, when released, deals damage in the area around him but can be blocked by enemy units.
R
Vladimir infects an area with a virulent plague. Affected enemies take increased damage for the duration. After a few seconds, Hemoplague deals magic damage to infected enemies and heals Vladimir for each enemy Champion hit.
