About Nautilus

Nautilus turns every basic attack into a threat. His passive, Staggering Blow, makes his first hit on any target deal bonus damage and root them briefly — a built-in lockdown that requires no aiming and no mana, and the reason a single misstep near him in lane so often becomes a lost health bar. Tagged Tank and Support, he appears both in the support role and top lane in this data.

Dredge Line is the hook that defines him: an anchor throw that pulls Nautilus and the victim toward each other, and, when it strikes terrain instead, drags Nautilus to the wall, doubling as an escape or a flanking tool. After the pull he layers on control — Staggering Blow roots on contact, Riptide sends three exploding waves outward that damage and slow, and Titan’s Wrath shields him while spreading damage over time to everyone around his target, letting him trade far above his stats while the shield holds.

Depth Charge is the fight-starter, a shockwave that chases a chosen opponent underground, knocking up every enemy in its path before erupting under the target. Because it cannot be bodyblocked, it is one of the most reliable engage ultimates in the game and a constant threat to enemy backlines.

His costs are the classic anchor-bearer’s: low mobility once Dredge Line is down and little damage scaling. Nautilus is for players who want to dictate fights through sheer crowd-control density — hook, root, slow, knockup — and who measure success in how long the enemy carry spent unable to move.
