Dream-Laden Bough
Hitting a champion or monster with a skill will deal additional max Health damage over time.
the Bashful Bloom
Movement is Lillia’s weapon. Blooming Blows passively grants stacking move speed every time her spells connect, and its active spins damage around her with bonus true damage on the outer edge — so the ideal Lillia is perpetually drifting along the rim of a fight, clipping enemies with the edge of her swirl and getting faster with each hit. Her passive, Dream-Laden Bough, adds max-health damage over time to every skill that lands on a champion or monster, which is why she chews through tanks despite building as a mage.
Watch Out! Eep! rewards precision: it damages a nearby area but deals heavy bonus damage in the center, punishing enemies who fail to respect her spacing. Swirlseed is her long-range tool, a lobbed seed that slows on impact and, if it misses, keeps rolling until it strikes a wall or a target — useful for tagging fleeing enemies or opening trades from unexpected angles.
Lilting Lullaby is one of the few sleep effects in the game. Every enemy carrying Dream Dust grows Drowsy and then falls asleep, taking amplified damage when forcibly woken. A multi-champion Lullaby sets up devastating follow-up from her team, making Lillia a teamfight enabler as much as a damage dealer.
Played top or mid as a Fighter-Mage hybrid, she demands constant kiting on a 325-range kit with almost no innate defense — her difficulty of 8 reflects how unforgiving positioning errors are. Players who enjoy hit-and-run rhythm, weaving in and out rather than committing, find her uniquely satisfying.

Q
Passively, Lillia gains stacking Move Speed when hitting enemies with spells. She can activate this to deal magic damage to nearby enemies, dealing extra true damage on the edge.
W
Lillia deals damage in a nearby area, dealing heavy damage in the center.
E
Lillia hurls a seed that damages and slows those it lands on. If it doesn't hit anything, it will continue rolling until it hits a wall or target.
R
Lillia causes all enemies with Dream Dust on them to become Drowsy before falling asleep. Those enemies will take extra damage on being forcibly woken up.
