Threads of Vibration
Skarner's Attacks, Shattered Earth, Upheaval, and Impale, apply Quaking. At max stacks of Quaking, enemies take max Health magic damage over its duration.
the Primordial Sovereign
Skarner plays like a natural disaster given a health bar: a top lane tank-fighter who turns terrain, boulders and seismic force into crowd control. Balanced between attack 7 and defense 8, he is durable enough to frontline yet armed with some of the most dramatic lockdown in the game.
His damage identity comes from Threads of Vibration, which makes his attacks, Shattered Earth, Upheaval and Impale apply stacks of Quaking; at maximum stacks the target takes magic damage based on their max Health, so Skarner threatens tanks just as much as squishies. Shattered Earth lets him rip a boulder from the ground to empower his attacks or hurl it as a projectile, giving a 150-range melee champion a real ranged threat. Seismic Bastion pairs a shield with an earthquake shockwave that damages and slows, keeping him healthy while he brawls in the middle of the enemy team.
The terrifying part of his kit is mobility-as-control. Ixtal’s Impact sends him charging through terrain itself, slamming any champion he collides with into the next wall for damage and a stun — jungle corridors become kill zones. Impale escalates this further: his tails suppress enemy champions and physically drag them wherever Skarner walks, ripping up to multiple targets out of position and delivering them to his team.
Skarner is built for players who love engage timing and terrain awareness, reading the map for walls to exploit and flanks to spring. His trade-off is commitment — E and R both put him deep inside the enemy team, so a mistimed engage leaves him surrounded with everything on cooldown.

E
Skarner charges forward and passes through terrain. If he collides with a champion or large monster, he'll slam them into the next wall he hits to damage and stun them.
R
