About Aphelios

Aphelios carries the highest difficulty rating the game assigns — a full 10 — and it comes from a single design decision: he has no conventional Q, W, E and R to learn, but five entire weapons. Through his passive, The Hitman and the Seer, he cycles between five Lunari weapons, always holding one in his main hand and one in his off-hand. Each weapon has its own basic attack behavior and its own unique ability, and each carries limited ammo; when a weapon runs dry it rotates out and the next in the queue takes its place.

This means playing Aphelios is really a resource-sequencing puzzle. The player must track which weapon combinations are coming, plan fights around the pairs that synergize, and sometimes deliberately burn ammo to reach a stronger configuration before an objective spawns. A fight taken with the right two guns feels overwhelming; the same fight with the wrong pair can be unwinnable.

Where he fits

He is a dedicated bot-lane ADC who relies heavily on his support and team, since the kit contains no innate escape and his defense rating sits at 2. What he offers in exchange is unmatched flexibility from a single pick: depending on the weapon state he can poke from long range, sustain through damage, slash multiple targets, or lock down a priority threat — effectively several marksmen in one champion slot.

Aphelios is for players who love mastery curves and preparation. Nothing about him works on instinct alone, but for those willing to internalize the weapon cycle, he delivers one of the deepest and most rewarding damage-carry experiences in the game.

Aphelios Abilities

P

The Hitman and the Seer

Aphelios wields 5 Lunari Weapons made by his sister Alune. He has access to two at a time: one main-hand and one off-hand. Each weapon has a unique Basic Attack and Ability. Attacks and abilities consume a weapon's ammo. When out of ammo, Aphelios discards the weapon and Alune summons the next of the 5.

Q

Weapon Abilites

Aphelios has 5 different activated abilities, based on his main-hand weapon:Calibrum (Rifle): Long range shot that marks its target for a long-range follow-up attack.Severum (Scythe Pistol): Run fast while attacking nearby enemies with both weapons.Gravitum (Cannon): Root all enemies slowed by this weapon.Infernum (Flamethrower): Blast enemies in a cone and attack them with your off-hand weapon.Crescendum (Chakram): Deploy a sentry that shoots your off-hand weapon.
