Domination Runes

Domination is one of the five rune trees in League of Legends, focused on burst damage and target access — the tree of assassins and pick-oriented champions hunting squishy targets. Its 3 keystones — Electrocute, Dark Harvest, Hail of Blades — define what a Domination page is built around, while 9 minor runes across three rows fine-tune the setup.
