Patch 26.11 is a contained update, anchored by one clear buff and a wide band of champion changes. Brand receives a base-stat boost this cycle, while eight other champions — Diana, Ekko, Heimerdinger, Kassadin, Quinn, Smolder, Teemo, and Xin Zhao — see balance changes of their own. No new champion joins the roster this time, keeping the focus on refining what is already live.

The one number we can point to directly is Brand’s: his base Mana Regen climbs from 9 to 11, easing his early laning rhythm and letting him cast more freely before items come online. The eight changed champions span a wide range of styles, from Kassadin and Heimerdinger’s mid lane scaling to Xin Zhao’s jungle presence and Quinn and Smolder’s marksman kits, though exact tuning numbers aren’t published. Experimental Hexplate, Heartsteel, and Statikk Shiv all get item adjustments, touching bruiser scaling and marksman crit paths.
