Infernal Karthus, an Epic-tier release from July 2020, folds the champion into the long-running Infernal line that reimagines champions with fire and brimstone motifs. Priced at 1350 RP, it also ships with six chromas, giving buyers plenty of color variety to choose from.

The skin currently sits in the regular store rotation, so unlike some of Karthus’s older cosmetics, it can be bought outright without needing a special event.
