The bigger issue is Eternal Hunger. Warwick’s basic attacks deal bonus magic damage that heals him for the same amount once he drops below 50% health, and that healing increases again under 25% — meaning the closer Ambessa gets him to death, the more dangerous he becomes to fight. Ambessa’s kit is built around burst windows rather than a sustained fight, and against a champion whose kit gets stronger as his health bar empties, that burst has to be near-perfect or Warwick simply out-heals it.
