OpTic Gaming Academy was the developmental arm of OpTic Gaming, one of the most recognisable brands in North American esports. Operating out of the United States, the academy squad existed to cultivate emerging talent beneath the main OpTic roster, giving up-and-coming players a structured environment in which to sharpen their skills before potentially stepping up to the highest level of League of Legends competition.
