About MISA Esports
MISA Esports was a Turkish League of Legends organisation that competed in the TCL, the Turkish Championship League, within the EMEA region. Representing Turkey on its national stage, the team formed part of a competitive scene renowned for its passionate fan culture and its history of producing sides capable of surprising more established international opponents.
The Turkish Championship League
The TCL stands as one of the longest-running and most storied national leagues in the EMEA landscape. Turkish teams have historically punched above their weight on the global stage, and the league is celebrated for its intensity, energetic crowds, and a distinctive playstyle that often emphasises aggression and rapid tempo. Competing in this environment placed MISA Esports among organisations that treated the domestic title as a gateway to international qualification.
Roster and Play
During its time in the league, MISA Esports fielded a lineup featuring 113, Ragner, Kofte, Ruep, and Carry. This five-man core covered the standard competitive roles and gave the organisation its identity on the Rift. Rosters in the TCL are frequently a blend of homegrown Turkish talent and imported experience, and lineups such as this one reflected the league’s ongoing effort to develop players capable of representing the region abroad.
The Turkish scene is characterised by fierce rivalries and a demanding schedule, and every match carried weight for teams hoping to climb the standings. For a side like MISA Esports, staying competitive against the region’s stronger organisations required both tactical preparation and roster stability.
MISA Esports is now a disbanded team and no longer competes in the TCL. Its dissolution is part of the natural turnover that shapes national leagues, where organisations come and go as sponsorship and results dictate. Nevertheless, the players who wore its colours contributed to the depth of Turkish competition, and the team remains part of the broader history of a league long admired for its ambition on the European and world stages.
