About Ecorp

Ecorp was a League of Legends organisation based in Spain, competing within the EMEA region before disbanding. Spain has cultivated one of Europe’s most vibrant national scenes, and Ecorp was among the outfits that populated that competitive environment, assembling a roster and contesting matches during its active existence.

A Spanish Contender

The Spanish League of Legends ecosystem is renowned for its enthusiastic fanbase and its production of talent that has repeatedly graduated to the highest levels of European play. Domestic competition in the country has served as a launchpad for numerous careers, and organisations like Ecorp formed part of the infrastructure that made such progression possible. The team fielded Hunter, Siler, Piku, Mega1 and SpeeDy, a compact five-man lineup covering the standard roles on the Rift.

Within the EMEA Structure

Europe, the Middle East and Africa are unified under the EMEA competitive banner, a sprawling region whose regional leagues sit beneath the flagship LEC. National and regional circuits provide the grassroots from which the continent’s elite is drawn, and teams operating at this level compete both for domestic honours and for the chance to advance through the European pyramid. Ecorp’s participation placed it within this layered and highly competitive framework.

As a disbanded organisation, Ecorp is now part of the region’s history rather than its present. The team no longer competes, and its story concluded when the project came to an end, a common outcome in a scene where organisations regularly form, compete and dissolve.

Even so, the contribution of teams like Ecorp should not be understated. They gave players competitive opportunities, fed the depth of the Spanish scene and added to the density that makes EMEA one of the world’s richest League of Legends ecosystems. Ecorp’s chapter, though closed, remains woven into that broader tapestry of European competition.
