About Back2TheGame
Back2TheGame was a Polish League of Legends organisation that competed in Rift Legends, one of the established national circuits operating within Riot Games’ EMEA regional structure. Now disbanded, the club represented Poland during its time in the competition, taking part in a domestic scene known for its committed player base and its role as a feeder for the wider European ecosystem.
Polish Roots
Poland occupies an important place in the European League of Legends landscape, with a strong grassroots following and a track record of exporting talent to higher tiers of competition. Rift Legends sits at the centre of the national scene, giving domestic organisations a formal platform to compete on and develop. Back2TheGame was one of the sides that populated this circuit, carrying Polish colours through its fixtures before the organisation ultimately wound down.
The Players
During its active period the roster brought together ShazQ, Lothen, Syzyf, many, and Highway, a full five-man line-up covering the standard roles on Summoner’s Rift. In a regional league, chemistry and consistency often matter as much as raw individual skill, and this group shouldered the task of representing the club across the demands of a full competitive schedule. Their matches formed the on-stage record of the Back2TheGame project.
Competing in Rift Legends
Rift Legends functions as part of the tiered European system, where national leagues feed talent and ambition upward toward the continent’s premier competitions. The circuit is contested by a mix of rising hopefuls and experienced domestic sides, creating an environment where results can swing quickly and where organisations must continually adapt to stay relevant. For clubs at this level, the league is both a testing ground and a potential stepping stone.
With the organisation now disbanded, Back2TheGame’s story is a closed chapter in Polish League of Legends. Its former players and its run through Rift Legends nonetheless remain part of the fabric of the national scene, illustrating the constant cycle of teams that emerge, compete, and give way to new projects in Europe’s deep and ever-shifting regional pyramid.
