Warring Kingdoms Vi placed the enforcer within the Lunar Revel: Warring Kingdoms line back in January 2017, borrowing from stylized historical armor motifs that line has repeated across many champions. It was priced at 1,350 RP as an Epic release.

This skin has since been pulled from regular rotation and now lives in the Legacy vault, meaning it only resurfaces during select events rather than sitting in the everyday store. Players without it already will need to watch for one of those rare windows.
