Mad Scientist Singed leans directly into the champion’s core identity, part of a small Mad Scientists set that plays up his reputation for reckless experimentation. It came out in September 2011 at 750 RP.

Because of its legacy status, the skin has been pulled into the vault and only reappears during select promotional events. There are no chromas attached to it.
