DRX Caitlyn commemorates the 2022 World Championship-winning roster as part of the World Champions line, a celebratory design tied to esports history rather than in-game lore. It released in June 2023 as an Epic skin originally priced at 1350 RP, with one chroma available.

The skin has since moved into the Legacy vault, meaning it is no longer sold directly and will only return during special commemorative or anniversary events tied to League esports.
