Warring Kingdoms Azir extends that recurring Lunar Revel sub-line to the Emperor of the Sands, an Epic skin priced at 1350 RP that frames him within an ancient, battle-torn dynastic aesthetic distinct from his default desert-emperor look and Shuriman roots.

The skin has since moved into Legacy status, so it’s no longer part of the standard rotation and is expected to reappear only when Riot revisits the Warring Kingdoms theme for a future celebration of the Lunar Revel.
