Riot rates LeBlanc a nine for mechanical difficulty and Soraka a three, and that gap explains most of what happens when the two share a bot lane. LeBlanc converts a kill through a chain: Sigil of Malice, a Distortion entry, then a Mimic recast to detonate the mark. Soraka only has to land Equinox on the spot where that chain begins. The zone silences everything inside it and roots whatever is still standing there when it expires, which is an unusually clean answer to a champion whose burst depends on casting three abilities in sequence.

Both champions deal magic damage, so magic resistance is the only defensive stat either side buys against the other, and both start at 30. The differences sit elsewhere. LeBlanc holds 22 base armor and 93.4 at level 18 with 2,434 health, while Soraka climbs to 117 armor and 2,101 health. LeBlanc moves at 340 units to Soraka’s 325, and Mirror Image hands her an invisible second of escape whenever she drops under 40 percent health, so chasing her after a trade almost never pays.

Across 173 games on patch 16.13.1, Soraka wins 57.8 percent against LeBlanc. The sample is small, and the easy rating comes from Starcall sustain and Wish timing rather than from any kill pressure of her own: at 50 base attack damage against LeBlanc’s 55, Soraka is not threatening anyone without help.
